PEERPLUS 360 FEEDBACK SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The PeerPlus.com 360 Feedback System is an on-line performance evaluation system where leaders and team members participate equally in the information exchange.

The process is simple and cost effective. Leaders and team members complete an on-line, confidential evaluation of their own performance, the performance of other team members, and the performance of their leader(s). Once the information is collected and processed, the results are available on-line through a password protected site.

We can customize the instrument to fit your organization's culture. The feedback is designed to be a coaching catalyst and fits into our coaching model which is included as part of the system. Our being a third party in the process, (as opposed to software residing with headquarters/ management) is very important to the confidentiality of the feedback given by individuals. Our site is highly secure. Each organization has an unique ID and each participant uses an access code.

Our Internet based application is the most cost effective approach, with minimal front end expenses. We recommend a frequency of 2 to 4 times a year depending on the organization. The cost is based on the number of participants. Generally, an organization can easily cost justify the year's investment by reducing turnover by just one individual.

Use of this system helps to build an environment where the team is "part of the solution, and not the problem". People respond to peer feedback much more readily than feedback from leaders. You are telling your people that "we value your input and we want to involve you in how our organization operates".
