Q. What is PeerPlus.com?
A. It is an internet based 360 feedback system that helps build team relations. Many people do not view their own performance the same way that other people do. You will see how your team sees you. This helps you grow & develop as a productive team member.

Q. What are the benefits?
A.PRAISE — This will tell you when you are doing a good job & sincerely praise you.
NON-RISKY COMMUNICATION — If you & enough other team members think that another member has an opportunity to improve, this will let them know that the team wants improvement.
INVOLVEMENT — You participate in the team building process by using your valuable opinion & judgement.
TEAM BUILDING TOOL — This functions as a tool that is effective in getting everyone to work together as a team, so your job will be easier.

Q. Will my job be in jeopardy if I am rated poorly?
A. No. Under no circumstances will the results be used against you. Every person is a valuable part of our organization. Our intention is for this information to be made available to you for self development.

Q. Will my team mate know how I rated them?
A. No. The information that an individual gives is never revealed. The reports are calculated from total results.

Q. There is one person on my team that doesn't like me, & I know that they will rate me poorly. Will this cause my results to be poor?
A. No. Your results are a weighted summary of the entire team's perception of your performance. One person's opinion of you will be averaged out. This is one benefit of having input from multiple people.

Q. Will everyone on the team know my results?
A. No. Not unless you tell them. Results are confidential & will only be known to you & your leader.

Q. What if I don't agree with the results?
A. It is up to you to decide what to do with the information. It is to your benefit to know the team's perception. Many people see them self differently than how other people see them.

Q. What if I want to improve but don't know how to go about it?
A. Ask you leader for help. They will get involved if you ask.
