Mr. Allen is a specialist in employee retention, as a business owner, frontline manager, consultant and a co-developer of PeerPlus. He has over 25 years experience in owning, operating and consulting to businesses including restaurants, data processing, health care, manufacturing and university sports teams. His clients include: McDonalds Corporation, Lash Healthcare Consultants, University of North Carolina Athletic Department, NC State University Athletic Department, Duke University Athletic Department, CASL, Keyser Permanente and A.Stucki Company to name a few. Mr. Allen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, a member of the Council of Hotel Restaurant Trainers Association (CHART) & a member of The American Society For Training & Development (ASTD).

Jack R. Brantley jbrantley@PeerPlus.com
Mr. Brantley is currently director of Quality and Planning for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, located in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that he was a consultant with Qualpro, Inc. of Knoxville, TN. His work with Qualpro involved teaching seminars on team building, training trainers, and statistical process control as well as serving as a management consultant with the executives of client companies. Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Brantley worked with Tanner Companies, Inc. which is a branded line of women's clothing. He served as President for two of their divisions for nine of his 24 years of service. He received a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Connaster has experience in developing and coordinating educational programs for organizations. He is author and creator of numerous, popular video-based educational materials which are in use throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. Connaster is an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Health Administration at the Medical College of Virginia where he previously served as the Director of Continuing Education for the School of Allied Health. Dr. Connaster earned his Masters degree in business from the University of Richmond School of Business, and his Doctorate in adult Education Human Resource Development from Virginia Polytechnical Institute.

Mr. Cushnie brought to PeerPlus over twenty years experience in working with executives and managers in organization development and training. He has authored and published a variety of professional articles and training materials, and was the leader of conferences and management retreats throughout the United states. Known for his practical approaches to team building, management development and employee development programs, he has worked as a consultant and trainer with more than 140 different organizations. Mr. Cushnie's client list include Fortune 500 companies, as well as other businesses, government, health care, educational, religious and professional organization. In addition to his Bachelors and Masters Degrees, he holds several certification of competency from professional human resource organizations.

Mr. Hassenfelt is a co-developer of what has become PeerPlus.com. Through his vision, this innovative method to improve attitudes, quality and productivity is available. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, college sports teams, restaurants, along with manufacturing and textile companies. He is knowledgeable in human resource development and has had extensive experience as a front line manager. In addition to the peer approach, he has pioneered numerous production and management systems during his career. Mr. Hassenfelt graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in business administration.

Ms. Jacobs has worked with clients in business, industry and government for over 25 years providing specialized services in the areas of organization and team development, strategic planning, executive retreats and management development. She authored The Speaker's Primer and has created a variety of training materials. Her client list includes Fortune 500 companies, city governments, universities, federal agencies and major health care organizations. Ms. Jacobs holds a Master of Human Resource Development degree from University Associates, and has completed the advanced program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from Columbia University and the University of Michigan. In addition to her professional work, Ms. Jacobs serves on the board of the Legal Network Information for Cancer.
